The Diocese of Fidenza promotes, within a broad project that also involves the nearby Diocese of Parma, the enhancement of the places and works of Benedetto Antelami. The Cathedral of Fidenza, at the time Borgo San Donnino, bears a singular iconographic heritage attributed to the master and his workshop on its facade. It also tells of the passion of the martyr Donnino, patron saint of the Diocese and of the city, and the recent restorations have made it possible to deepen their knowledge, especially from a historical and artistic point of view. A new museum itinerary to rediscover the meaning of the martyrdom of San Donnino.
