Excursion included in the series Slow Trekking Food: the time Culture of Chiocciola> born from the collaboration between Slow Food Parma and Terre-Emerse, on the occasion of Parma 2020/21 Italian Capital of Culture.

Among the views and woods of the 'Alta Val Bratica, chasing the flight of the eagle and tasting the spontaneous products of the 'Company "La Giustrela" brave collector of the woods of 'Apennines and artisan producer km zero.

feel, observe, understand, photograph, taste the environment and the curiosities of nature that we will meet on our path.

Technical notes excursion:
easy hike lasting about 2h 30 with 200m difference in altitude
Needs: trekking shoes, jacket, cap, backpack with water and packed lunch
