PURSUANT TO AND FOR THE EFFECTS OF ART. 13 AND ARTICLE 14 OF REGULATION (EU) NO 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL OF 27 APRIL 2016 RELATING TO THE PROTECTION OF INDIVIDUALS WITH REGARD TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, AS WELL AS THE FREE CIRCULATION OF SUCH DATA (GENERAL REGULATION ON DATA PROTECTION, FOLLOWING, ALSO GDPR).
The Parma 2020 Committee attaches great importance to the right to privacy and the protection of your personal data. In this document (hereinafter Information), drawn up in application of the legislation referred to in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as free circulation of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection, so-called GDPR) harmonized with the "Code regarding the protection of personal data" referred to in Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 (corrective of 196/2003), you will find all the information to know how the Parma 2020 Committee treats your personal data.
Owner and co-owner of the treatment

Categories of interested parties and personal data collected
We collect the Personal Data of our customers, potential customers, suppliers, business contacts, users of our websites, employees and potential employees, employees and collaborators of other organizations that collaborate with us in various capacities.
Specifically, the Personal Data collected belong to the category of Common Data such as e-mail address, telephone number, etc. If the data collected is not listed in this Notice, we provide data subjects (when required by law) with adequate communication of what other data will be collected and how they will be used.
With the exception of some information required by law, your decision to provide us with personal data is voluntary, however it is sometimes necessary and indispensable for the execution of contracts and the supply of services.

Purpose of the processing
The personal data provided, subject to explicit manifestation of consent by the interested party, are processed by us for the management of the institutional site of the Parma 2020 Committee, for the management of the Parma2020 mobile app and all the initiatives connected to it, for the registration and activation of the Parma card with all the initiatives and promotions connected to it and, in general, for the execution of contracts, for the supply / acquisition of products / services, for the sending of commercial and corporate information or product, to request information, including telephone, relating to the quality of our services and / or products or relating to the cancellation / transfer of the same, to satisfy requests for white papers, articles, newsletters or other content, to improve your interaction with registration.parma2020.it and Parma2020 (IOS and Android mobile app), for the obligations required by law or required by the competent authorities.
- Do we combine and analyze Personal Data? We may combine data from publicly available sources and obtained from our different interactions via email, website and personal with Data Subjects. We combine this data to improve interaction with (indicate site and app) and to carry out the other activities described in the Notice.
Transfer to third parties and abroad
We may transfer Personal Data to public and governmental Authorities in fulfillment of the obligations established by law or regulations and upon request by the competent Authorities. Data retention
We will only keep your Personal Data for as long as necessary. We maintain specific database management and retention policies and procedures, so that personal data is deleted after a reasonable time based on legal and contractual obligations. In this specific case, your data will be kept for a time not exceeding 5 years, unless consent is reacquired again.
Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right (in the circumstances and under the conditions, and subject to the exceptions established by the applicable law) to:
- obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him;
- request rectification of your Personal Data if inaccurate or incomplete;
- request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- request certification that the operations referred to in the two preceding points have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated and disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible o involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
- oppose the processing of your personal data;
- request the deletion of your Personal Data even if they are no longer suitable for processing;
- request the restriction of the processing of your Personal Data so that it is only processed in limited circumstances, including with your consent.
- request the portability of your personal data or the right to receive a copy in an intelligible form or request to transmit such personal data to another Data Controller.
To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us by e-mail at info@parma2020.it. This will not affect the right to process Personal Data obtained prior to the withdrawal of consent, or the right to continue parts of the processing based on legal obligations.
